Reagan Briggs founded Briggs Body in 2024 as Scottsdale's newest pilates & fitness training company. Founded on the idea that pilates is for everyone, Reagan is excited to share her teachings with the community. She has a passion for making people their strongest version of themselves, while also doing it in a safe and fun manner.
Reagan is fully certified through PhysicalMind Institute with over 500+ education hours and personal practice since 2019.
When she's not on the reformer, you can find Reagan selling luxury real estate locally and serving the best private events in town with her company, Encore Mixology. Cheers to a new body and for getting stronger, overall!
